Madhubani paintings is an art form from the Mithila Region in Bihar, India. This type of paintings is done with fingers, twigs, brushes, and matchsticks. Natural dyes and pigments are used to create various patterns. Some of the painting scenes include festivals, marriages, and even births.
However, we have collaborated with a National Awardee Shri Urmila Deviji to create Flora and Fauna based Madhubani designs on Khadi silk fabric.
