Exchanges/Returns & Refund Policy -

* You must inform us within 7 days of delivery of the product. Please send us an email to info@eclecticdesignsco.com with order no and attach an image of the piece purchased. Once you have mailed us, please ship out the pieces to the following address:

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected order, ECLECTIC DESIGNS will take care of the shipping.

* The product should be in the same condition (packaging) as when delivered to you.

* On receipt of the returned item, we will check the product for any damages and will initiate the payment in next 48 hours if the product is in the original condition.

* It might take 5-7 business days to reflect the credit in your account.

* ECLECTIC DESIGNS reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

* No EXCHANGES/RETURNS or REFUNDS on items purchased on SALE or with a DISCOUNT CODE.
